According to Sanford Dorbin's Bibliography, there were 8 different bindings of this title:
1 copy in white covers with an original drawing by Bukowski tipped-in;
5 numbered copies in white covers with an original self-portrait by the author tipped-in;
10 numbered copies in bayberry covers, some of which included original drawings by the author or an inscription;
12 copies in white covers with an original letter from Bukowski tipped-in;
12 numbered copies in white covers with an original letter from the author tipped-in;
12 copies in saffron covers with an inscription by Bukowski;
and 26 lettered copies with a color drawing and TLS by Bukowski laid or tipped-in.

Apparently the remainder were all bound as the copy seen above.
There were also at least 2 variants of the wrap-around band.
