Due to a bit of drama, the majority of these broadsides
(which were to be included in X-Ray No.4) were destroyed.
According to Krumhansl, Johnny Brewton told him that
all but 3 or 4 copies were destroyed, however, more
copies than that have turned up for sale over the last few
years, making the 3 or 4 copies scenario seem unlikely.
Nobody seems to know how many copies actually survived but
it's safe to say there are not very many of these out there.
